Arriving at Atlantic Haven feels like stepping into another world. The sea breeze fills the air with a freshness found only along the coast. The sky, shifting from clear blue to deep orange at sunset, is mirrored in the endless Atlantic Ocean. The waves beat rhythmically against the cliffs, and you sense a feeling of timelessness, as if this place has stood untouched through the ages.
Your cabin stands proudly with a panoramic view of the sea, a front-row seat to nature's own performance. The mornings offer spectacular sunrises, where sky and sea melt together in a glowing spectacle. You can stand on the deck and watch for porpoises and seals playing in the water, or observe the majestic flight of sea eagles across the sky.
But Atlantic Haven isn't just about admiring nature, it's about living it. From your cabin you have direct access to some of Norway's best fishing waters. Atlantic Haven is located out where the sea opens up on the scenic island of Smøla, one of the most distinctive islands along the Norwegian coast, made up of no fewer than 5,800 islands, islets and skerries. Here the Atlantic Ocean meets the coast in a dramatic display, and the plots are beautifully situated with sea views on the southern side of the development.

At the water's edge, the area is zoned for the construction of boathouses and a boat dock. Boathouses can be built on an ongoing basis, and the boat dock will be built once a few more plots have been sold.
