The area
Nystølfjellet forms a unique mountain village with a peaceful atmosphere. This area is made for recreation, with a focus on experiencing nature up close. A key priority for Nystølfjellet is to preserve the area's character as an outdoor recreation area even after development is complete. The plots are situated in a majestic mountain and nature area. At an elevation of 975-1015 meters above sea level, the plots offer impressive views towards Hallingskarvet, Jotunheimen, and the mountain areas of Gol, Ål, Hemsedal and Valdres. The plots face west, set in light birch forest with generous space and large open areas around them. Nystølfjellet is one of the newest cabin fields in the Golsfjellet area, and also boasts one of the finest geographical locations in the municipality. The field lies high in the mountains, close to 1,000 meters above sea level, near the tree line. The open mountain terrain is easily accessible via lovely trails and well-groomed ski tracks south and southeast of the properties.

At an elevation of 1,000 meters above sea level, there are great opportunities to enjoy fresh mountain air all year round. In summer there are countless marked trails to choose from, and in winter the trail association ensures beautifully machine-groomed ski tracks that can take you far and wide.

The plots
Nystølfjellet is located on Golsfjellet, right between Hallingdal, Hemsedal and Valdres, at 990–1,000 meters above sea level by Varhovd. This is a 600-decare cabin field where the vision is to be a counterpart to built-up mountain villages with après-ski, focusing instead on recreation and closeness to nature.
A total of 91 plots are planned for the area, but the area planner has placed great emphasis on generous spacing and large open spaces around each individual plot.
Faun Gruppen is now offering 5 ready-to-build premium plots with fantastic views and immediate proximity to the ski trails.
