In Osen, just 10 minutes from Oslia, you'll find one of Norway's most idyllic inland beaches. Lake Osensjøen is known for its shallow, warm waters, with temperatures often reaching 22-23 degrees in summer. The spacious, family-friendly beach is a natural gathering point on sunny days, offering great experiences for both young and old. Lake Osensjøen is a paradise for those who love being on the water. Whether you're after peaceful boat trips, exciting fishing outings, or the thrill of waterskiing, everything is in place for active summer days. The area has both jetty facilities and good mooring options for boats, making it easy to bring your own boat or make use of local rental options. Throughout the summer, various events and activities also take place, bringing life and enjoyment to the village. For outdoor enthusiasts, Osen offers unique opportunities all year round. Hunting and fishing have long traditions in the area, with healthy populations of moose, roe deer, beaver and small game, among others. There are also many fish-rich lakes and rivers providing great nature experiences for both experienced and novice anglers. Just one kilometre from Oslia flows the river Osa, popular for both fishing and canoeing, where canoe rental is also available. Summer invites long days out in nature. From the cabin, you can set off on hiking and cycling trips along forest roads and trails winding through beautiful woodland areas. The area offers wonderful viewpoints, exciting destinations and great opportunities to explore nature at your own pace. For a different experience, you can let your canoe follow the river all the way down to Lake Osensjøen. When winter arrives, the area transforms into an attractive winter paradise with groomed ski trails near the cabin field. Everything is in place for active days outdoors, whatever the season. Oslia combines proximity to water, forest and mountains with a rich variety of activities throughout the year. Access to the area is from county road 215 at Nordre Osen, continuing on the municipal road on the east side of Nordre Osa up to Lilleholm.

The plots
Oslia enjoys a scenic setting at the northern end of Lake Osensjøen, where the river Osa flows into the lake. The cabin field lies about 4 km northeast of Nordre Osen, at 460 metres above sea level, with a wonderful view south towards Osa and the surrounding forest and mountain areas. The area is zoned for holiday homes and is being developed as an attractive year-round destination with a total of around 40 cabin plots. All plots have access to piped water, sewage and electricity, ensuring comfortable cabin living all year round.
The plots in Oslia are spacious natural plots ranging from approximately 1.3 up to nearly 3 mål. This provides good distance between the cabins, ample outdoor space and the opportunity to create a private and cosy cabin experience. About half of the plots have already been sold, and Oslia has become a popular choice for those seeking generous plots, beautiful surroundings and excellent value for money.
