The area
Setergrenda is idyllically located at Segelstadsetra on the west side of Kvitfjell, with excellent sun conditions, wonderful views and great ski-in/ski-out skiing.
Setergrenda comprises several plots that have already been developed, with further plans for genuine timber cabins by Øverbygg. The cabins have a practical and efficient floor plan, well suited to the active family.
Kvitfjell is known for its Olympic facilities, but that doesn't mean it's all black-diamond runs. With family areas on both sides of the mountain, children can experience the joy of skiing at Kvitfjell. The areas are well equipped with wide, safe slopes, grilling huts and conveyor lifts, among other things.
The cross-country skiing opportunities at Kvitfjell are many and varied. The area boasts an extensive and well-developed trail network of no less than 600 kilometres. Strap on your skis and glide straight into the track, at Setergrenda it's ski-in/ski-out for both cross-country and alpine skiing.
Once the snow has melted, there are opportunities for hunting and fishing, cycling, horseback riding and a range of other activities available in the local area. The area is just as inviting in winter and autumn as in spring and summer. This is a place for wonderful nature experiences in one of Norway's most popular cabin areas.

The field is west-facing with varied, gently sloping terrain, and the project is characterised by genuine timber cabins from Øverbygg with practical floor plans tailored to active families. Kvitfjell West is considered the mountain's best side thanks to its excellent sun conditions and authentic mountain feel.
