The area
Setergrenda is idyllically located at Segelstadsetra on the west side of Kvitfjell, with excellent sun conditions, fantastic views and great ski-in/ski-out skiing.
Setergrenda consists of several plots, some already built on, and is planned to be developed further with genuine timber cabins by Øverbygg. The cabins have a practical and efficient layout well suited to the active family.
Kvitfjell is known for its Olympic facilities, but that doesn't mean it's all black runs. With family areas on both sides of the mountain, children can experience the joy of skiing at Kvitfjell. The areas are well equipped with, among other things, wide and safe slopes, grill cabins and surface lifts.
The cross-country skiing opportunities at Kvitfjell are many and varied. The area boasts an extensive and well-developed trail network of no less than 600 kilometres. Strap on your skis and glide straight out onto the trail – at Setergrenda it's ski-in/ski-out for both cross-country and alpine skiing.
Once the snow has melted, there are opportunities for hunting and fishing, cycling, horse riding and a range of other activities available in the surrounding area. The area is just as appealing in winter and autumn as in spring and summer. This is a place for wonderful nature experiences in one of Norway's most popular cabin destinations.

The plots
Setergrenda is idyllically located at Segelstadsetra on the west side of Kvitfjell, with immediate access to both cross-country trails and alpine slopes. The field faces west with varied, gently sloping terrain, and the project is characterised by genuine timber cabins from Øverbygg with practical floor plans suited to active families. Kvitfjell West is considered the mountain's best side thanks to its excellent sun conditions and authentic mountain atmosphere.
The plots are west-facing natural plots situated in partly varied and sloping terrain.
