Welcome to Sørlandsleia – a sun-drenched cabin paradise between Lyngør and Tvedestrand. The cabin field faces south at the start of the beautiful Sørlandsleia and offers spectacular views and sunshine from morning to evening. With spacious plots of around 1,000 sqm and good distance between the cabins, you get both privacy and the feeling of being close to nature. From your cabin, it's a short distance to everything that makes southern Norway so special. Here you can enjoy bustling boat life, wonderful swimming spots, cosy restaurants and social gathering places along the coast. The area also offers a wide range of activities for both children and adults, whether you prefer quiet days by the sea or adventures on land and water. For those who want to explore the archipelago, it's possible to rent a boat berth near the field. This means the unique southern coast lies open right outside your door. Sørlandsleia combines the best of coastal life, nature and recreation – a place where you can relax and enjoy southern Norway all year round.

At Sørlandsleia in Tvedestrand, self-service viewings are offered. This system lets you visit the fields whenever suits you best. There are no barriers at the cabin fields. When you arrive at the fields, you'll come to an information board. Here you'll get a full overview of the area and information about how the self-service viewing works. Bring a brochure from the mailbox hanging on the board.

5 move-in ready cabins - 3 sold :) We have completed 5 Nordlyshytter cabins of the Polar and Lofoten models on the field, only 2 of these remain. This means you can move into a brand new cabin right away. The cabins come with several upgrades and large verandas, so you can fully enjoy the good days in southern Norway.
